Are you connected to Huntington Bancshares?
No. HuntingtonMod GmbH is an independent Munich publisher of small personal-utility apps. We have no legal, commercial or technical relationship with Huntington Bancshares Incorporated, Huntington National Bank, or Huntington Investment Company. The name is used descriptively for non-US personal-productivity software.
Can I use this if I am in the United States?
No. Sign-up is geo-restricted. Users based in the United States are redirected to a static explanation page and cannot open a workspace. HuntingtonMod GmbH offers services exclusively to users outside the United States.
How is this different from the bank?
Everything here is a personal-utility app you fill in by hand — a journal, a habit dotted grid, an expense log you type as you go. None of the apps hold, move or read money. There are no accounts, no cards and no interest. It is a notebook that lives inside a workspace, not a financial institution.
Do the apps connect to my bank account?
No. The apps never read your bank statements, never link to your card and never aggregate any financial data. Expenses are logged by hand; receipts are photographed by you.
How do I pay?
By SEPA transfer in euros to our HypoVereinsbank München account (IBAN DE49 7002 0270 0000 8823 47). No card is stored, no third-party wallet is used. The first month is included; you receive an invoice on the first working day of each following month.
How does the first-month billing work?
There is no lock-in. The first month is included on any subscription. You cancel with one click in your workspace settings, no reason required.
How do I log in?
By clicking a magic-link sent to the email you registered with. There is no password and no biometric. Each link expires after 30 minutes.
Where is my data stored?
Inside your HuntingtonMod workspace bucket, hosted in Frankfurt (Hetzner FSN1) and Munich (Hetzner NBG1). Data is encrypted at rest and never leaves the EU.
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time. Every app produces a plain-format export — Markdown, PDF, CSV, or a printable A5 sheet. There is no proprietary format that would keep you inside.
Can I share my workspace with my partner?
Not directly. Every workspace is single-user by design. If you would like a household setup, we recommend two workspaces sharing the same SEPA payer name — write to support@huntingtonmod.org.
What if I forget my email address?
Write to support@huntingtonmod.org from any address, describe your workspace and the last invoice you received, and we will help you recover your entry point. There is no automated password-reset because there is no password.
Do you use my journal entries to train models?
No. Journal entries and any other content you type live inside your workspace bucket and are never indexed, shared or used for model training. This is written into our DPA and enforced at the bucket level.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your workspace enters a 60-day grace period during which everything remains readable and exportable. After the grace period the workspace is archived and, after another 60 days, deleted with a final receipt sent to your email.
